From April 14, 2026, integration with Google Home and Amazon Alexa will only be available for updated systems.

Following recent European Union regulations on cybersecurity (NIS 2 Directive and RED Directive), all companies within the sector are required to comply with the highest cybersecurity standards. In full alignment with these regulatory requirements, AVE S.p.A. has already taken the necessary measures to ensure compliance. Consequently, without adherence to the system upgrade program, the integration service between Google Home and Amazon Alexa voice assistants and AVE home automation systems will be discontinued as of April 14th, 2026, for installations including the following devices: Supervisors cod. 53AB-WBS, TS01, TS03, TS04, and TS05.

To guarantee continued access to voice assistant integration services beyond April 14th, 2026,we strongly recommend proceeding with the upgrade of your system supervisor at your earliest convenience.
